  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday) excluding major holidays.
  • Orders placed by 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST ship two business days from the date of order.
  • Orders can not be checked/amended until the following business day

Weekend Orders

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed/shipped on the following business day. Shipping Charges (within the continental U.S.)

UPS ground service is not available for deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping to AFO/PO Boxes

We apologize for any inconvenience; however, we do not ship to AFA/FPO or PO Boxes.

Shipping to Canada

Orders are shipped to Canada via the United States Postal Service, and as a result are untraceable online. For assistance with the status of an order, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-BORGHESE. Per federal regulations, it is not permitted to ship fragrance.

Shipping to the U.K.

Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery. Orders to the U.K. are shipped parcel post via the United States Postal service, and as a result are untraceable.

Use the 12-digit Reference Code, it begins with BG + 10-digit order number you received when you placed your online order, as the Shipment Reference at UPS.

Returns, Exchanges and Damages

We want to be sure that you are completely satisfied with your Borghese.com purchase. You may return your purchase within 30 days for a refund or exchange (excluding return shipping fees). Please follow the instructions provided in your package. Please ship by insured Parcel Post, for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Sadly, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately, department stores are unable to accept website returns.
