Please note that domestic orders placed on weekdays, will be shipped the following business day (EXCLUDING MAJOR HOLIDAYS). For example, Monday orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped on Tuesday, and Friday orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the following Monday.

Orders placed AFTER 3:00 PM EST will be shipped 2 business days from the date of order.

Once your order is shipped, please allow 2 business days for that order to go into our tracking system.

Use the 12-digit Reference Code, it begins with BG + 10-digit order number you received when you placed your online order, as the Shipment Reference at UPS.

Shipping to AFO/PO Boxes
We apologize for any inconvenience; however, we do not ship to AFA/FPO or PO Boxes.

Shipping to Canada
Orders shipped to Canada are shipped via United States Postal Service. While these orders will be shipped in the same time frame as domestic orders, they must go through customs. Therefore, they may take longer to arrive in Canada. Please see our Shipment Tracking Page for a link to track your shipment. 

Please note: per federal regulations, we are not permitted to ship fragrance.

Shipping to the U.K.
Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery. Orders to the U.K. are shipped parcel post via the United States Postal service, and as a result are untraceable. If you do not receive your order in 4 to 8 weeks, please email us here
