What are my shipping options in the United States?
All Borghese.com orders ship via USPS 1st class or Priority Mail and most are processed and ship within 1 -2 business days of being placed. Please allow for extra processing times during high peak shopping periods. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories & Commonwealths, and APO addresses may experience longer shipping windows than the continental United States. Orders with a value of $75.00 or more after the application of any discounts, rewards, or coupons receive free shipping within the continental United States and APO addresses. Orders with a value of $74.99 or less after the application of any discounts, rewards, or coupons have a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 per order within the continental United States and APO addresses. All orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories and Commonwealths have a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00. Please note that fragrances and sets that include fragrances can only be shipped via ground services within the continental United States.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Our site utilizes the most current technology to ensure complete confidence when shopping at Borghese.com. All credit card information is encrypted, and information is verified through several security screens to ensure privacy. For further protection, all credit card information is processed through an automated system and is not available for view within our company database.
What is the policy of Borghese on animal testing?
At Borghese, the safety of our consumers is our highest priority. We utilize the latest advances in non-animal safety testing and human volunteer testing to deliver products of the highest safety and quality to our consumers. We do not test our products on animals, or ask others to test on our behalf, except where required by law. There are, however, still some countries that believe they need to conduct or require animal testing to validate the safety of cosmetic ingredients or products. Borghese remains dedicated to the elimination of animal testing on all cosmetic products worldwide. We believe that animal testing should not be needed to validate safety of cosmetic products and are encouraging the elimination of such animal testing globally.
When will I receive my order?
Borghese.com orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday). Shipments may experience brief delays during high volume periods, national holidays, or inclement weather. Most orders are delivered within 5 - 7 business days of the order date.
What if I would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed?
Please contact us by phone at 1-866- 267-4437, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been processed.
How long can I use a product after opening?
The “product after opening” symbol notes how long a product can be used after it has been opened. It is found on all Borghese products.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are able to accept international orders from Canada and the UK only. The shipping fee for orders to the UK is $25.00 and the shipping fee for orders shipping to Canada is $20.00. We do not offer express shipping options for international orders. Consumers are responsible for VAT and any other duties, taxes, or fees collected by local authorities. What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened and unused product within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns of opened and/or used products. To make a return, visit our returns center here.
What if my product was damaged upon delivery?
If damage occurred to the product in your shipment, please keep the box, the packing materials and the product(s) inside and contact us immediately at 1-866-267-4437.

- Important information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.
- Enjoy our replenishment service on your favorite products! Items eligible for this service will have an indicator on the product page that allows you to enroll in the program and select the frequency of delivery. To activate the automated replenishment service, simply select the time interval for future shipments and complete checkout. These products will be automatically shipped to you at the intervals you select. There’s no minimum number of products you must order, and you can cancel at any time prior to shipment. And as an additional benefit, you’ll enjoy 10% off each replenishment order.
- When your replenishment order is ready to be processed, we will send a reminder to the email address under which you registered. Within a few days after your confirmation, your order will be shipped to your default shipping address and charged to your default credit card. You will receive a second email confirming the shipment of the order and that your credit card has been billed.
- The Replenishment Service will continue at your selected frequency until you cancel. There will be a recurring charge on your credit card for each shipment for the amount of the product(s) you select plus shipping (if applicable). After your first shipment, you may cancel before your next shipment to avoid a charge by visiting the My Account section on Borghese.com. You can also change the frequency of your replenishment order in the My Account section.
How do I become a Borghese Rewards member?
Joining the Borghese Rewards program is simple. Sign up with your email through the Rewards page. We recommend signing up when you make your first purchase, but you can join at any time as no minimum spend required to be a member.
Upon joining, you'll receive 50 points! Each purchase you make afterwards will contribute towards your point total. Just be sure you log in with your Borghese.com account to earn points, redeem points and enjoy the benefits of being a part of our community.
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn points each time you purchase on Borghese.com. You’ll earn one point for each dollar you spend after the application of any coupon codes, discounts or any other promotion, excluding shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). Please allow 72 hours for your points to appear in your account page.
Higher tiers are able to earn points at a higher rate. Our Silver Tier VIP's enjoy earning 1.25 points per $1 spent and our Gold Tier VIP’s earn 1.5 points per $1 spent.
There are also activities and actions you can do that can help you earn additional points, like following us on Instagram, liking us on Facebook, leaving a review or signing up for email. Visit the Borghese Rewards page to learn about the different ways to earn points toward future purchases.
How do I move to a higher VIP Tier?
Members start in our Bronze Tier and can level up to Silver or Gold based on the amount of money spent in a year. Members who spend $250.00 in a year will enter the Silver Tier and members who spend $450.00 or more in a year will enter the Gold Tier. Please allow 14 days for new tier status to take effect.
The calendar year restarts on June, 15th.
For example, if you earned Silver status on 12/15/2023, you would keep that status through 06/15/2024.
Do my Borghese Rewards points expire?
Your Borghese Rewards points do not expire, but Borghese reserves the right to alter or end its Rewards program at any time.
How do I check my points balance?
Once logged in, you can check your point balance in the “Rewards History” section of your account.
How do I know which tier I’m in?
Once logged in, you will see your current tier status in the VIP Tiers section.
How do I use my points to redeem rewards?
Before checking out, be sure to login to your Borghese.com account. On the checkout page, a dropdown menu will display that will allow you to apply points to your order total.
*Please note that points from the Borghese Rewards program cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or promotions.
Can I use a Reward and discount code at the same time?
Unfortunately, you cannot use a Reward code together with any other discount code because our website only allows one code to be entered per order.
I can’t log into My Account. What should I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset your password. From there, you'll need to verify your email address and we'll lead you through the process to get you back into your account. If you're having any further issues, please email us at customerservice@Borghese.com and we'll be happy to help.
What happens to my points if I return my order?
If you earn points for a purchase that is later returned, those points will be deducted from your account. If you return an order that you purchased using redeemed points, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your account to use next time.
I’m a Silver or Gold Borghese Rewards member? How do I learn about special events and offers?
For our VIP Tier Members, the best way to stay up to date on offerings is to subscribe to our email list. This is where you'll hear about offers, gifts and discounts that are exclusive to you.
Do you offer Birthday rewards?
We do! In order to receive Birthday points, be sure to update your profile with your birthday and make sure you're subscribed to our emails. When your birthday arrives, we’ll add your Birthday points to your account and send you an email notification letting you know and wishing you a Happy Birthday of course! Kindly note that if your birthday falls within 30 days after the date you add it to your account, your birthday points will be delayed up to 30 days.
I have enough points for a reward. Why can’t I redeem my points?
In order to redeem your points, you must be logged into your account. Only one discount code can be applied per order, so if you already have another promo code applied you will need to remove it in order to apply your points. How much are points worth?
Every 100 points is equal to a $10.00 reward.
I wrote a product review on your website, but didn’t receive a reward. What should I do?
In order to receive points for a Product Review, it must be completed after a purchase of the item, through the link that we email you requesting a review.
Do you have a referral program?
We do! When you refer your friends or family members to Borghese.com, they’ll receive a code for $25.00 towards their first purchase. After our friends makes their purchase, you will receive a code for $25.00 off your next purchase.
How do I refer friends to Borghese.com?
Use the personalized referral link found in the My Account section of Borghese.com. You must be logged in to access this link.
I’m trying to refer a friend, but am getting an error message. What should I do?
You’ll only be able to refer a new user. You cannot refer a friend who is already a member of our program, and you cannot refer yourself.
